Hi, I’m Nicole — and I know exactly what it feels like to be completely overwhelmed by life’s admin tasks.
For 14 years, I worked as a hairdresser in Beverly Hills, collaborating with celebrities and working on set. From the outside, it looked like I had it all together. But behind the scenes? I didn’t even own a computer. I ran my entire life from my phone, never really knew what I was earning, and constantly found myself in debt — buried under late fees for car registration, bills, and other things that kept falling through the cracks.
Eventually, I made a big change. I left the industry, moved, and started a family. I landed a role in HR doing payroll and administration for a large company, and that’s where everything clicked. I dove in headfirst and started learning how much money and opportunity I had missed out on for years — just because I didn’t have my systems in place.
For the past seven years, I’ve been organizing not just my own life, but helping others do the same. My specialty is working with creative minds who don’t fit the traditional mold — people who have big ideas, tons of talent, and way too many unopened emails.
